He is licensed to practice law in both Louisiana and Mississippi. Since 1983 he has worked with the Louisiana Association of Business & Industry (LABI) to support pro-business legislation. He has taught Insurance Law and Workers' Compensation Law at Loyola Law School from 1982 to 2005 and is the author of two books on Louisiana workers' compensation as well as numerous Law Review articles.

Lawrence B. Frieman

Frank R. Whiteley

Petroleum Engineering LSU (1987), J.D. LSU (1990). Frank is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School. He teaches workers compensation. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas. Frank has extensive litigation experience in the areasemployer's liability, and insurance law. He has argued before all Courts of Appeal in the State of Louisiana, including the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is admitted to all Federal Courts in the State of Louisiana, and he has been admitted pro hac vice in Alabama Federal Court.
