Legislative Action
While others may share the clients' concerns about court decisions or administrative problems, we have a history of taking action on behalf of our clients. Since 1983, this firm has been involved in the writing of all major changes in the workers' compensation law of this state and lobbied the halls of the legislature to pass workers' compensation reforms.
